A story about avi
I met him briefly at a discussion at the ALA conference in Chicago. It was kind of odd meeting someone who I adored when I was younger. He seemed a little distracted and aloof, but nice just the same.

I emailed her after I read an advanced-reading copy of tithe that I got from a library. we chattted a little, and I got her to give me an interview for a school project. I haven’t talked to her in quite a while, but she did know who I was when I met her in person at a book signing at an ALA convention. She was always very nice and humble.
I met her at a Farscape Convention. I was dressed as Chiana for the costume contest and she screamed “Chiana!” when I walked into the room. Later she hugged me and asked me how the costume and makeup felt and we talked a little.
She’s a really nice person.
He’s incredibly eloquent. He’s very smart. He thinks about his art and obviously works very hard on it.
I think he’s one of the best solo artists of our time.
She, along with Gwen Stefani, is one of my heroes. I love her persona, and really admire her singing/songwriting skills. I can’t even describe how her singing those breathtaking lyrics makes me feel.
She is my favourite musical artist. I love her style and her amazing voice. I also respect and admire her talents as a singer/songwriter/designer/preformer. She is so full of life and her lyrics get me through the day.
She was amazing. Very nice and slender—I could barely speak in her presence.
I showed her a scrapbook I had made of her books and things that reminded me of them, and she looked through it and signed the first page.
She took a photo with me as well. I was so happy, and my euphoria lasted for weeks after that.
